Alexander Campbell

This project was particularly fulfilling to work on because of its origins. The story of 'Daisy, Daisy' was one that I wrote in school when I was 13, heavily inspired by the classic series 'The Twilight Zone' and stories which had a cruel twist at the end. This was adapted by our group to create a tense horror fuelled cat-and-mouse chase between a father and his daughter who had been possessed by an evil doll. Seeing stories I have written come to life is my favourite part of making films, and this film was no exception, as infusing a story of a father trying to save his daughter with something more macabre and supernatural made for a film that was as exciting to watch as it was to create.
